2023 La Pierre Ronde Meursault Les Perchots Amphore, Cote de Beaune, France The Color Collector located in Stiolo di SanVariety: Chardonnay Vine Age: 60 years Terroir: Situated at the bottom of the hill, near the border of Volnay. Gentle slope, deep soil. Vinification: Directly pressed, settled for 24 hours. Fermentation and aging on the lees in a combination of used barrels and amphora. Aged for approx. 12 months, racked once and aged for another 4 months in stainless steel. No fining.
