2022 | Gonc Sabbotage Blaufrankisch | Stajerska Rest of World letting it all play out

letting it all play out with confidence through the lengthy finish

and classic floral perfumes surround the fruit

but beautifully balanced and polished at the very long finish

a beautiful sense of elegance and purity

The nose does not really speak at this stage

2022 | Gonc Sabbotage Blaufrankisch | Stajerska Rest of World letting it all play outJuicy, wild, and full of character, the 2022 Sabotage Blaufrnkisch from Gnc Winery is an energetic, minimal intervention red with vibrant fruit and savory tension. Aromas of blackberry, sour cherry, black pepper, and forest herbs lead into a lively palate with brisk acidity, light tannins, and a slightly earthy, spicy finish.
