Description

glazed tangerine

loaded with blackberries

boysenberries and dried mulberries with an undercurrent of cigar box

I would hope that more flesh can come through towards the spicy finish that cuts away a little swiftly

It is an excellent meditation wine

Maison Perron de Mypont Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2022 San Carlos glazed tangerineQuite a serious wine for Bourgogne rouge, with a solid base of healthy tannins on the medium bodied palate. A wide spectrum of aromas, not just red berries and sour cherries, but also notes of licorice, pepper and autumn leaves. Long, daringly dry finish for this category. 91 Pts James Suckling
