Maus (1986) Pristine First Printing Inscribed with a Drawing Fanzines the great lover and adventurerA pristine first printing inscribed by the artist with a full page drawing. ( (I personally witnessed Art Spiegelman inscribe this book to me after a lecture he gave at USC. Stuart)Signed by Art Spiegelman with a drawing of Spiegelman as depicted in the comic, smoking, with the word balloon "For Stuart!" The smoke emanating from Spiegelman's cigarette intentionally scratches out the epigraph: "The Jews are undoubtably a race, but they are not human."
