LE PETIT LION DU MARQUIS DE LAS CASES SAINT JULIEN 2011 Sauvignon Blanc SOUL CACHACA PREMIUM BRAZIL 750MLThis exceptionally tasty Bordeaux bargain displays extraordinary pure plum and red currant fruit. The bouquet is forward, with notes of red currant, plum and subtle hints of spice box and black tea. The palate is robust and round, typical of a warmer vintage, with spice notes surrounding a core of cassis and blackberry. The balance between the bold dark fruit and structure is marvelously consistent with its pedigree while defying the humble price tag.
